This project aims to optimize the sales and marketing process in the real estate industry by using machine learning models, specifically Azure OpenAI GPT-4. The system identifies the most suitable sales scenarios for customers and matches customers with various sales scenarios, enabling businesses to offer personalized marketing strategies that resonate with their audience.
A significant challenge was ensuring that the AI could accurately match customers with the most appropriate sales scenarios. Additionally, integrating data from various platforms such as CRM and optimizing the processing speed of large customer datasets posed difficulties in real-time usage.
We leveraged Langchain's capabilities to process and match data efficiently. Azure Cognitive Search was used to handle large datasets of customer profiles and sales scenarios, ensuring that results were returned quickly and accurately. The solution also incorporated automatic data updates from Hubspot CRM to ensure accuracy and relevance.
The project improved the efficiency of marketing efforts by providing personalized recommendations for sales scenarios. Clients were able to target the right customers with the right messages, leading to higher conversion rates and more effective marketing campaigns.
