Pragnesh Shah has about 22+ years of software development and consulting experience in various realtime embedded telecom, cable, mobile and financial technology development in USA. Mr. Shah has Masters degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA. Mr. Shah is also currently working on building Artificial Intelligence based Chatbot Applications. Mr. Shah is also Advisory Board Member for the University of California Irvine, Division of Continuing Education in Phoenix CX Program.
